Purple Corn Milk Pudding

This cafe-style chilled milk pudding is perfect for the whole family on a hot summer day, created by @simletseat.

💜 500 mL full cream milk
💜 50 mL cream
💜 20g honey
💜 2.5 tsp gelatin powder
💜 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
💜 1 tsp Antioxidant Peruvian Purple Corn 30:1 extract (add another tsp for a darker purple and more antioxidant boost)

Step 1
Mix all ingredients in a pot, warm gently. When it starts to simmer, turn off heat, and add 1-2 tsp of Antioxidant Peruvian Purple Corn 30:1 extract. Stirr until all incorporated.

Step 2
Pour into glass containers, leave it to cool, then chill in the refrigerator overnight for at least 6 hours.

Step 3
Add desired toppings and serve.
